As on date mean "till to date" in the report right?? Now i need a report which will show in the above image manner data for For example in the above image Batch number "6RM00945" has item number "100000" not what is the qty of this item in this batch in theabove date ?? For example Batch number "6RM00945" and item number "100000" as of date 01.01.19 qty Raw materials as of the date31.03.19 date qty again, in the same manner, please check the above image for more information. If any confusion i am hereThanks in advance

This looks like an inventory aging report.
What might help here to get those data out of AX is the following report.

This is aged inventory report that shows for How long each item of your inventory (Batch wise) typically spends in storage before it is sold or consumed and also the movement of your inventory Qty.
Can you share the screen shot of Inventory aging parameter screen. What date do you select in as of date column?
I believe the link shared by Ludwig will fulfill your purpose if you specify correct dates in data parameters.
