Hi, I'm Izzati. The first picture show my original system that have 'incoming document files' in right hand side so that I can attach files. But I accidentally remove 'incoming document files' (Picture 2). So how can I restore back that 'incoming document files' to that side?

I have the same question (0)Pretty simple: Application Menu > Customize > Factbox Pane (see screenshot below).
If you want to reorganize, or show/hide specific Factboxes, you can go back to Application Menu > Customize, and this time, click on 'Choose Factboxes...'
