I am configuring the system for customer.

In SIT, there is a available teams 'Collection' in Address book.

But, I don't find it in Gold environment.

Does anyone know where I can check further?

Hi,
As Andre said, the collections option exists in the standard trail environment. If it does not exist in your environment, you may consider creating it manually.

Hi Dynamics Finance,

The 'Collection' team is part of the standard demonstration data set. In client environments, it should be created manually. I would recommend creating the team manually in case you need it.
