Compare General Leger and Proj Ledger transaction

Hi,

My financial department found some isuess in transsactions in GeneralLedger.

They found in general ledger trial balance some not balanced transactions on Project Accounts.

They ask me to compare transaction in General Ledger and in Projects.

How i can do it?

I try compare records in tables GeneralJournalAccountEntry and LedgerJournalTrans but i can't find good relations between it.

Do you have any idea?

    Hi Krolyk,

    In the GL menu there are some reconciliation reports. Probably this will report the erroneous transactions. Otherwise you can compare GeneralJournalAccountEntry with ProjTransPosting. In addition you can search which posting types are used for the ledger transactions. If it is empty or 'General Journal' it might be a manual posting.

    LedgerJournalTrans .Voucher == GeneralJournalEntry.SubledgerVoucher and

    GeneralJournalAccountEntry.GeneralJournalEntry == GeneralJournalEntry.RecId.

    with a range TransactionType on table LedgerJournalTrans.
