Description:
The Field Service app is not syncing when the app is not open.
NOTE: in the settings on the mobile device syncing in background is turned on for the Field Service app
Steps:
- Set the Inspector up for the offline profile (testuserfs1@kiwa.com)
- Set Refresh app in background on
- Open mobile FS app
- Download data to work offline
- Backend coord schedules WO to Inspector, booking is created
- Inspector gets a message from the app
- After 5 minutes turn off the internet/wifi
- Open the app and start the booking --> network unavailable
