ISV software licensing issues.

Hi experts,

I’m having trouble with ISV software package applied, and the license is not validated

It is a custom certificate that we incorporate in a dynamics 365 for finance and operations license code to enable ISV localization, the certificate was issued by GoDaddy, I followed all the steps that are described here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/dev-tools/isv-licensing

I have the logs of the error, it is important to mention that this issue is happening just recently, before the clients that were installed in the same way a few week ago works fine so we are suspecting an issue with the recently installed PU33 that may be producing the issue.

Any input you have will be appreciated!

Have you already tried contacting the ISV provider?

They should be able to provide some help and support for this licensing issue.

What's the exact error? It's better to raise support ticket to Microsoft.

Hi BillDoors,

I'm a bit confused. Do you own the ISV solution yourself? Or are you trying to generate a license with another certificate then used in the ISV solution? With the word "clients" do you mean environments or different customers?

Do you have a new certificate? Have you verified if the tenant ID, serial number, license expiry date and quantity are correct? Is it wrong on only one tenant or multiple tenants? Can you apply the license on a version prior to PU33?

Second, it's best to contact the ISV directly to get quickest possible help.
