Can we CC or BCC (blind carbon copy) other recipients when sending an email from our journey?

Hi all,

Interested in sending our email to the contact and bcc an internal email distribution group so our customer support also has a copy of the email. Is this possible from a real-time Marketing journey?

Hi Brad,

It is not possible to do this at the moment.

In fact, the idea had been pitched to Microsoft earlier.

The good news is that the development team just responded last month and they are turning it into a plan.

Now, as a mitigation measure.

Perhaps you could create a contact for an internal mail distribution group and create a specific segment to add that contact to.
