    You can use power automate flow which will be more feasible and fast solution.

    This is a manual process. please suggest an alternative way.

    End user has to hit the API using postman. this may not be feasible to a non technical end users. is there any other easy way for a non technical end users to use.

    Hello SUDHAMANOHAR GADWALA,

    For API call you can store Client ID, Client Secret, Service Root URL store in any custom Entity in your Environment and that Entity can b e used by API and give these fields data.

    Yes u will get this information from azure after creating application user in crm and linked with azure as this info is used for authentication and authorization purpose,

    So that using application user and web api, we can get dynamics 365 access.

    Hi,

    In Dynamic CRM, we use azure to generate these info and to store this we can create custom organisation Entity with fields as ClientId, Client Secret and Root URL.

    And we can use this table in our custom business logic.
