Hi:

As raw materials "move" through the Manufacturing routing, is it possible to track how much of the materials in the unit of measure (pounds) have been used so far?

If you are posting consumption as you use the raw materials, item ledger entries are made and you can see them from item ledger entries or from the production order.

You can also look at the statistics for material cost actual.
