Hello! I'm a Graphic Designer responsible for creating the email layouts for my company. About two weeks ago, I noticed that Dynamics is having issues with line spacing in Outlook (Classic Version), which is causing the emails to appear much longer than intended. Has anyone found a way to fix this without manually editing each text box in the HTML tab? It seems to be a bug in the editor, as it happens even when I create a new email and use a fresh section from the system. Thank you!
This looks like an Outlook Classic rendering issue rather than a problem with the content itself. Outlook Classic uses a different rendering engine than Outlook web/mobile, so line-height and paragraph spacing can behave differently, especially when the email editor generates or rewrites HTML. This is probably not something you can fully fix from the visual editor alone.
A workaround is to standardize the text styling in the HTML template or reusable content blocks rather than editing each text box manually.
