Hi All,

I have been getting the following two errors when trying to settle purchase order prepayments in AX 2012 R1:

1) prepayment cannot be settled with other prepayments...

2) prepayment cannot be settled because there is an earlier payment for the PO#...

I am getting this error from trying to pay for multiple prepayments at once. When I tried to do the same thing in my R3 test box, no problem. I have done some research and it looks like this may be a bug in R1...does anyone know of a hotfix to solve this issue?

Hi,

There are some hotfixes available for AX 2012 and prepayment. Have a look at LCS Issue search to find possible related fixes. I'm not sure if your issue is also solved within a certain fix.
