Good afternoon
I am finding it hard to attach a new form to an existing dynamics record.
As an example we carry out pre-use inspection on a vehicle before they can be used.
This is all currently done using dynamics 365.
The app I have created makes this easier to do but when submitting the form I would like it to attach to the record of the vehicle.
I have tried Patch functions but can't seem to get it working.
The idea is to have all the inspections attached to the vehicle
