Fixed Asset Setup

Hi,

I'm Izzati. I have problem in order to calculate depreciation using NAV. The error message state that "The FA Journal

Setup does not exist. Identification fields and values: Depreciation Book code = 'COMPANY', User ID=". 

Please help me to rectify this problem. TQ.

    You can also leave the USER ID blank, if the setup is the same for all users - or this will be considered the default, if there will not be setup specifically for the user.

    Hello Izzati,

    This is a setup issue. For every user you need to define all the Journal Templates and Batches for all type of entries.

    Hi Izzati,

    Go to your Depreciation Book -> In the Navigate Tab, click FA Journal Setup and enter the Gen Journal Template and Batch.
