ReportReport

Hello to Everyone

I have an issue after I deploy an SSRS Report from Test server to the Prod.

When I tried to print the report, it shown without any data.  Both in header and lines.
It shows only the labels

I also tried to check the DP class and it seems the debuger never get inside.

I tried also to restart AOS, SSRS Reporting services and clear all caches , reporting services etc.

Does anyone know how can i proceed with that issue?

Thank you.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi SGbron,

Did you do a database synch and a CIL compilation (Full /Incremental)? Is the report working fine on the Test server?

    Hello Gunjan

Yes, the report works fine in Test server.

Also I did Full and Incremental CIL compilation .

Also, I did full syncronize to the database and also nothing happened.

    Hi SGbron,

Could you please go to File > Tools > Options. In Development option tab, uncheck "Execute business operations in CIL" and restart your client.

Please try to run the report now while debugging it and check if you are able to hit the processReport in the DP class.

    Hello Gunjan

I also try to do this but the result was the same.

It seems like never enter to the DP class .

    Only in the controller.

Do you have debugging on AOS turned on in the Prod environment AX 2012 server configuration?

    Hi

Do you check the permission of the ssrs menu item?

    It may because of permissions.

No, it was deactivated. I restarted it and it seems to take the data correctly.

Maybe I have published it again. Becasue now I hear that someone closed the server when this procedure took place....

Are you able to see the data now? Or is the report still blank?

No... It is still blank(Not totally, labels are printed)... Even after the republish is still blank...

Are you using an admin account to test? If not, please check if the user has permissions to the temp table.
