Hi experts,
As you can see, the Export option is just greyed out:
It’s working they same way for every user, regardless if they have some role or sys admin.
Any idea?

It‘s because you have selected more than one record. The export is working just for one line at the same time.

Yes, I’ve selected more record, because this is how it was working before. I was able to generate a file from a user’s personalization.
Do you know why was it changed and when? Is there any workaround to do it?

I don`t know if it was possible in the past. I know it like this all the time I used it. Right now I do not know any workaround :-(
I suggest to check the IDEAS portal. Maybe there is already an improvement idea available where you can vote for. If not you can create a new idea. Depending on the feedback from the community Microsoft will thing about this feature. I think it might be very useful especially when you prepared a lot of rationalization.
HINT: there is another feature called "saved views" where you can define a screen layout. In addition you can assign the layout to user rolls. You can get more information about this here: docs.microsoft.com/.../saved-views
