Creating Folder for Dynamics 365 in SharePoint using plugin

I wanted to create a folder in SharePoint when I click the "Files" tab. So, when i'm in Opportunity, and click that tab, i know that it will automatically created a folder in SharePoint if it doesn't exist there. I new to this plugin development. How do I achieve it. I already created plugin but just in basic level. Besides i couldn't figure out what the trigger is when I click the "Files" tab. Anyone can help?

You can use Microsoft Flow instead.
