I wonder if someone can help. Case creation rules create the case with the following details:
The fields populated on the case vary depending what the account and contact has. (I email from the email address)
1. If primary contact has email but account does not it will populate both the account & contact.
2. If account has email but primary contact does not it populate the account but not the contact.
3. If primary contact & account has the email it will only populate the account?? (Issue here, how do I fix this?)
I also tried below and it does populate with both account & contact for scenario 3. but then it doesn't create cases from unknown senders:
