Error Code: 0x80040216 while exporting entity to Excel online

I am having a peculiar error but my research online offered little help.

- The error pops up when a user tries to export an entity view to Excel Online

- The error showing affects only some users

- The error showing affects these users only for certain entities (tables). When trying to export a different entity (same PC, same environment, same user, etc.) then no problems there

Looking online, most replies hinted at a sync with the Microsoft Exchange server side (a temporary problem) but not certain why talking about ME when exporting a view to an Excel Online file

Some mentions were about changing screen resolution (80%, 90

I would like to offer the user even a temporary solution but I do not think they can export views to Excel Online with advanced find

Grateful for any tips on how to approach this issue as it is more or less a mini-blocker for key users in my system
