Sync CRM with Outlook

I have to move over 100 Accounts with almost 1000 contacts. The move in CRM seemed flawless. We did a small sampling at first and the Sync with Outlook had no issues. However we did a larger group and now Some accounts migrate over with all the contacts, some accounts migrate with a partial list of contacts, and some accounts don't migrate at all. It is so all over the place I don't know where to start. It looks as though the filters are correct. Any idea on where to start would be helpful. I have to clear this up quickly.
