Lookup Address in CRM On-Prem 9.0 UCI not showing

I am trying to use Unified Interface in my CRM On-Premise version 9.0.9.4.

In quote form, the button 'Look up Address' does not show. Any work around to due with this issues? Thanks!

    I too face so many issues with UCI when comes to CRM On-Premise.
