I have slightly modified the Word layout used for the reminder email body. However, I am not sure how to configure the system so that it uses the RDLC layout for the PDF attachment while using the modified Word layout for the email body.
I would appreciate some guidance on how to achieve this.
I also need some assistance with configuring a default BCC email address for reminder emails. We would like all reminder emails sent from Business Central to be automatically copied to one of our internal mailboxes for monitoring and audit purposes.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
