I'm looking for a new business phone line for our company and wondering if anyone has some suggestions for what integrates with CRM. We have roughly 80 employees and a switchboard. I'm unclear if it matters who the provider is rather than using a Dynamics app that would allow for call logs and integrate with customer profiles.
