After testing you survey, a field that is not visual in preview comes up.
I suspect that this can be changes thru the Microsoft admin center and the settings under the security tab, and that the setting is default to prevent phishing attempt from my reading in docs.
Does that mean that this field will appear if someone has received and responded to the same survey once already? Or will it be visual at the first sending as well?
