After testing you survey, a field that is not visual in preview comes up.
I suspect that this can be changes thru the Microsoft admin center and the settings under the security tab, and that the setting is default to prevent phishing attempt from my reading in docs.
Does that mean that this field will appear if someone has received and responded to the same survey once already? Or will it be visual at the first sending as well?

We found that this is connected to the settings in the distribution panel under the send tab.
In the Distribution planel under Participants you can toggle "Only people in my organization can respond".
If toggled on, and the end user is logged ind within the organisation, the "never give out your password" text will not appear.
But only if those two factors are this way. In any other way, the text will appear. At least I think so.
