Dear Members,

I am currently using Indian Localization in Business Central. I would like to know where can I find the created date, created time of the transactions (i.e sales order, purchase orders etc..) for the audit trail purpose. I wish to have those fields in the sales order, purchase order etc.. for auditing purposes.

Please do suggest me some ideas to meet out my requirement..!!

Many Thanks,

Saravanan M

    Dear Mohana,

Thanks a bunch for your reponse. It indeed helped me to get a clear insight regarding the fields available for Audit Trail purpose.

Howerver, I feel this to be bit complicated as these fields have to be added on all the posted transaction tables. In that case, there arises a necessity that the code has to be added in almost all parts i.e customer ledger entry, vendor ledger entry, G/L Entry etc.

I am really not sure why Business central haven't got this by default.

Is there any other workaround that I can do to meet out my requirement..?

    Thanks in advance,

    Saravanan M
