Email Engagement not capturing data from Emails sent from Outlook and which are tracked to Dynamics 365

Hi,

I've been trying to use Email Engagement from Insights. It works well for Emails originating from within Dynamics 365. However, when I try to write and send an Email in Outlook and then Track it in Dynamics 365 using D365 App For Outlook, the numbers are not captured and it appears all 0 as per below -

Any thoughts if this is not yet supported or anything else I need to ensure is in place?

Please advise.

    AFAIK it is not a supported scenario.
