Hi,
I've been trying to use Email Engagement from Insights. It works well for Emails originating from within Dynamics 365. However, when I try to write and send an Email in Outlook and then Track it in Dynamics 365 using D365 App For Outlook, the numbers are not captured and it appears all 0 as per below -

Any thoughts if this is not yet supported or anything else I need to ensure is in place?
Please advise.
