It sounds like you're having trouble finding the "Export to Excel" function in your custom security roles. This function might be hidden or disabled. it’s likely due to inadequate permissions in those roles.
Check Security Role Settings: Go to Settings > Administration > Security > Security Roles. Select the custom security role and check if the "Export to Excel" permission is enabled.
Use XrmToolBox: If you can't find the function in the CRM interface, you can use XrmToolBox. Download and install XrmToolBox, then use the "Export Security Role" plugin to export the security role settings to Excel. This can help you identify if the permission is missing and needs to be added.
