I have a requirement to change the content block in email template based on the langugae I select here,
I know we can do that dynamically in email body by dynamic content code.
But I want it to be more user friendly that user can select the language and can change the content block or footer into selected language.

Unfortunately I believe this is not available at the moment, as you say the best approach would be to use dynamic content.
Please submit this into ideas, i believe this would be a good adition.
