Fixed Amount for salary

Posted on by 200

I need help with register compensation with fixed amounts. Compensation in employees are not managed with bands or levels, i simply need to indicate the salary as a fixed amount and the currency. Also the salary varies by employee not by position and we will not use the payroll funcionality. Is there any field available for this?

Thanks!

You need to follow the steps above identified by Nicu, but then you also need to create a compensation record on the employee. Their you can maintain the actual salary for the employee (Pay Rite)

    Thanks for your answer.

This band without conditions and with a maximum and minimum, is it also possible to indicate a fixed salary amount? Because I need to enter the file of any employee and I need to have a field that tells me the real salary and not a band that tells me minimum and maximum.

    Thank you!!

    Hello

you must use bands, or grades or steps, to be attached on the Jobs.

what you can do is to create 1 Band (with a minimum of 100 and a maximum to cover everything, 1 Plan and 1 eligibility rule (with no condition in it)

then attache it to all jobs and you should be fine. it's quick and it does the trick

    best regards,

    nicu
