Hello,
Looking for help on issue we have where a free text invoice is not posting. In D365 it states the operation is complete and posted and provide a FT invoice however when you go back to all free text invoices screen it still showing as unposted. I have checked to ensure dimension are setup not sure what else could be the problem. Has anyone had this issue before and been successful at correcting issue?

This is not normal behaviour. So most likely an extension. Check with the development team and/or any ISVs that are deployed on the environment.

When you try to use post button , do you have any error message?

By checking dimension setup, did you check the account structure of free text posting main account?
I had a similar issue when a mandatory or specified range value dimension not filled on free text invoice before.

I can check but it weird as it only happening to one customer account all other FTI are posting fine.
