Warehouse operations emulator

I have noticed in a Tier 1 environment, I can add the following query string into the URL to bring up the warehouse portal emulator, f=WHSWorkExecute

Does anyone know if this is available in a Tier 2 box?

    I find it odd if it isn't available in another Tier. Have you tried it and it didn't work or are you preemptively making sure the feature is available?

    Are you sure the Application is the same known both tiers?

    I have tried to setup in a Tier 2 environment that was just configured, receiving the following error:

    Access denied. Insufficient rights to open a form directly.

    Were you able to get an answer to this issue? I have a similar issue, where the emulator is working on one environment whereas it is not working in another.
