Hi.
We have provisioned Dynamics 365 for Talent in a sandbox. Those who have played with Onboard know that when adding an activity to an Onboard template we have a choice of assigning it to someone or not. We have seen some weird behavior when doing so and we would like to ask the community if anybody else has experienced something similar.
One of the things that is weird is that for a handful of users we cannot assign Onboard activities to them. This is what happens:
- we are able to pull the user from Azure AD and select it
- however, once we save the Onboard template, the user disappears as an assignee of the activity. The Assigned To field becomes blank, it has no content
The other thing is even more weird:
- again, we pull the user from Azure AD and select it
- then, once we hit Save, the activity is assigned to another AD account, just in front of our eyes
- so, say that we assigned it to john@mybizz.com.com ; once we click save, we see that the activity was actually assigned to mary@mybizz.com
- it happened more than once for more than one user
If anybody experienced these and got lucky troubleshooting the issue, we would greatly appreciate if you could share your considerations about it.
