Our customers are experiencing other SaaS product that System would alerts users if there're any unsaved changes when they

1) Shut down the whole web browser

2) Shut down web browser page of that pudouct

3) Refresh web bowser of that product.

The alert message is like

"You are leaving /refreshing the page, please confirm if there're any unsaved changes? "

The users will not be allowed to shut down/refresh the page unless they click [Yes].

If they are aware any unsaved changes, they can click [No], and save them.

There is no similar feature for Dynamics 365 F&O.

    Thanks, Andre.

Does somebody else have some suggestions?

I don't think that there is such a solution.
Why do you need such thing?

    Hi Daniel,

I don't get this question a lot. I think it is the third time in about 8 years. You can provide feedback to Microsoft by voting on an existing idea or creating a new one and letting people vote on your idea. When there is sufficient demand, Microsoft might consider implementing such a feature, but no guarantees. Ideas (dynamics.com)

You can also educate the users to complete their work before closing or refreshing the browser page.

    Thanks,I have posted to Microsoft.

    Hi, Dogan

It's highly possible that users mistake to press buttons of the web browser, not of the D365FO system which will result the unsaved changes lost.
