Cannot select a record in security user role(SecurityUSerRole) error accessing database connection.

Hi guys 

One of the user is getting foresaid issue in our Live environemnt, we tried to reproduce the issue, by assigning the user role to me but it went well. Basically user wants to open "Settle open transactions" Form and get the below error. User has full control on CustTransOpen table. Any help will be much appreciated!!!

    This error doesn't seem to be related to user roles.

    Does this happen only for this one user, and always when he tries to open the form?

    Yes you are right, so far we have received complaint from this user only! while opening the form.

    And does it happen to him/her every time when the form is opened, or was it a one time thing? The error message looks like there was a disruption in the communication between the AOS and the database.

    I would start the troubleshooting by investigating following things:

    - Check event logs of AOS server(s)

    - Check event logs of the database server

    - Delete usage data of this user

    - Check what happens if someone else uses the system from the same computer where this user opens the client

    - Check what happens if this user opens the client from some other computer

    - Check what happens if this user is granted System administrator role

    This way you can narrow down the problem and there is a good chance that you will find out the reason and the solution to the issue.

    Thanks a ton, i have tried to delete his usage data, but looks like it did not help much. I shall try others and mark your answers as verified! thanks you again !
