I would like to add picture field in (which is already in employee table) employee card form. I have added that field but the image is not showing only showing ' * ' symbol . Can any one suggest a solution Please.

i have a table called " employee" and 1 form called "employee card" , other form called "employee picture" the source field of the "employee picture" form is "employee" table. the picture showing only in "employee form" i have added that picture field in "employee card" form. but not showing the picture.
May be you try to use CALCFIELDS and check.
Write a program on OnAfterGetRecord or OnOpenPage.
Have you imported Image in Employee Card form?
Do you mean to say you have imported Employee image but it is getting displayed elsewhere?

Auto calcfiled is "yes" by default.. still not fixed
Thank you... manish. i have imported..... but showing only in other form.. not in empoloyee card form.
As others suggested, check the Company Information Card. You need to use IMPORT function to import the picture and make sure AutoCalcField of Picture Box is set to True.
