I’m currently exploring ways to integrate edge computing frameworks with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management v10.0 to implement enhanced predictive maintenance for our manufacturing operations. The objective is to utilize real-time data from our machinery and deploy edge devices to minimize latency and improve decision-making speed at the local level.
However, I’m uncertain about the best edge computing frameworks that are compatible with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management v10.0 and what an effective architecture would entail. Has anyone in this community successfully implemented such an integration? If so, could you share which tools or frameworks you found most effective and any challenges you encountered during the process?
Additionally, I would appreciate insights into specific configurations, recommended plugins, and best practices for ensuring a seamless data flow between the edge devices and the Dynamics 365 platform.
