We're wanting to create a "pop-up" field with our Dynamics for contacts.
Scenario -
Customer has an ongoing complaint, so all customer services operatives need to be made aware of this before contacting them. So an operative would type in the "pop-up" field on the form "Customer has ongoing complaint - Please see notes".
When the next operative accesses that record, a pop-up window appears stating "Customer has ongoing complaint - Please see notes".
Any ideas on how this could be possible? Seen a few expensive add-ins on the market but wanted to see if it was achievable via javascript or anything.
