Can you go back and close a year end again?
You would not be able to close a year a second time from the SL interface without additional work. A previous year close may be rolled back and the closing process rerun, but that will require updating some of the tables in the SL Application database in SQL to reset the database to an earlier period.
This is an unnecessary task. SL utilizes a soft close. If you closed the year and need to post an entry to a prior year, go the the GL Setup screen > posting options and change the setting for allow access to prior years. When you are done, change the setting back.
