I create New Bank Account and bank account status fill in "Active for all transaction".
In Transaction Payment Journal, Bank Account cannot be selected (Bank Account Not Found)
please help.

cause of my problem is that the user has not been assigned to the user group, where the journal names in the private for user group are selected to a group.

If you navigate to the methods of payments can you select the bank account there?
The method of payments is usually linked to your vendors and inherited into payment journals.
Have you tried doing that?
Have you also tried opening a new session and tested the usage of the bank account there?
