Marketing form saved itself???

I'm working on a marketing form, I've accidentally deleted something then navigated to a different page. When I got back the changes which I didn't save have disappeared.

Where has my work gone, and how can I get it back?

    Hi Martin,

    What type of information has been deleted? Is it form fields or Static content?

    Form Fields can be added back to the form from the toolbox.

    Also do you have back up of Marketing Form as marketing Form template? if yes, you can find your previous configuration in the Form Template otherwise I think unfortunately your work is deleted.

    What happened was instead of delting a form item, I accidentally clicked the layout and deleted everything.

    I compounded this by my fat fingers accidentally clicking off the page.

    I did not save

    When leaving the page I was not given the option to save or discard.

    When returning to the page the deletions had saved.

    I lost everything, but how can i turn this off, so that it works in a sensible way?

    HI Martin,

    You can toggle the the Auto-save option for all the forms as below:

    Advance Settings >> Administration >> System Settings >> General

    mark " Enable auto save on all forms" = No

    Please note that this settings will impact whole organization.

    After setting this option, the system will always give warning about unsaved changes
