I've got a issue. I noted that out of the box, the case entity allows you to create a child to parent case heirarchy using the parent case lookup field. This is great but I'm trying to figure out a way to rollup activities regarding a child case to the parent case but I can't seem to configure the rollup cascade on the relationship.
Is there anyway to configure this so that activities in the child is displayed on the parent case? The only way I can think of is to duplicate all the activities but that's not a great solution and with duplicating received emails, I'm not sure how attachments would be duplicated and displayed contextually in the email.
