We just set up a new, empty instance of Dynamics Marketing.
At first we want to set up the suppression list and add our existing Blacklist Entriys from our previous Mail-System.
As far as I underständ, the suppression list handles every kind of Contacts that shall not be mailed.
In the documentation I found this about the pattern suppression:
"The pattern suppression is a manual list maintained by the deliverability engineers. It contains domains or email addresses that may not be a good idea to send to."
How do I access the suppression List and add our Blacklist-Patterns?
Hi,
You just need to create a segment which filters out all the contacts in your Blacklist.
When you set the suppression list in your customer journey, the segment can be selected in the field in the general tab of the journey.
So that the contacts in the segment will be blocked to be processed in the journey.
When an email is sent with the journey, it will not be sent to the contacts in the segment.
