107When I try to modify a workflow or create a new one after clicking on saveClose button nothing happens. I added some code to catch the exception and this is the error I got..
System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Framework.Workflow.Model.AxWorkflowServiceReference.AifFault]: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

Has anyone faced this problem before and how can I solve this problem?
