Hi All
Is there a way to mode a activate on quote to the left (higher) so the suers dont have to scroll on small screens to access this button. From what I can see this is disabled

This button is read-only. Legacy button is not supported at the moment.Learn more

I don't believe this is yet an option on the new command bar, as the buttons have not yet been updated from their legacy actions. Your best bet would be to use Ribbon Workbench in XRM Toolbox (Ribbon Workbench 2016  Â· XrmToolBox). In that tool, I would recommend making a copy of the activate quote button, place it where you want, and then hide the OOB button.

    Hello Samantha,

You're right, the "Activate Quote" button, along with other command bar buttons, is generally positioned based on the default layout and isn't directly draggable or reorderable through the standard customization interface. The button's location is controlled by the command bar's design, which is intended to adapt to different screen sizes.

Here are two simple ways to move the "Activate Quote" button to the top:

    1. Make a Copy: You can create a second "Activate Quote" button and put it exactly where you want it. (as per Tom Gioielli)
    2. Move Other Buttons Down: Try moving all the other buttons that are currently before the "Activate Quote" button down. This will push the "Activate Quote" button up to the top.
