Hola feliz ano a todos. estoy en Venezuela y tengo algunos problemas con soporte de RMS Dinamic, tengo varios puntos de retail y me gustaria saber si conocen a alguien que me pueda ayudar via internet con algunos asuntos, en estos momentos tengo un punto parado porque se me quemo el disco duro y necesito instalar todo de nuevo. gracias,

    Hi Raulallegro,

    The number to contact Microsoft for RMS support is 1-888-477-7877.

    Please note that mainstream support for Microsoft Dynamics RMS 2.0 ended on July 10, 2016; and extended support ends on 7/13/2021:

    This is around 18 months from now; and you can continue using RMS after this date but technical support will not be available.
