Hi Folks,

I recently came across the following article and found it absolutely amazing as it requires no coding:

https://www.inogic.com/blog/2018/05/move-dynamics-365-attachments-to-sharepoint-using-microsoft-flow/

Do you guys know if I can achieve the same with email attachments? If yes then could someone please provide the steps.

Also, advice that what's the sharepoint location I should specify as Dynamics create the folder based on Summary but with limited characters _ Unique identifier

Would be great if we can do this using email attachments.

It will be awesome if someone can please assist with the above

Thanks,

I have the same question (0)

Looks like I didn't put my question in detail as I thought the hyperlink would explain. I am referring to email attachments in Dynamics 365. Moving those attachments to SharePoint under the "Regarding" case and replacing the attachment with D365 with the SharePoint link of the document. Would be great if someone can assist with the "Flow" that I need to configure.

Surely, if Flow can extract attachment from 'Notes' activity then it can do the same with email attachments. Just need to know the details on how to do that.

I think you can do it by following the steps in Inogic's document with the following changes

    1. In step 1 when it refers to the Notes entity you want to use the Email Entity
    2. In the subsequent steps you want to replace all references to the Account entity with the case entity.
    3. the AccountName_GUID will be the Case's Summary_GUID

After that's is just going to be a case of trial and error...
