Managers submit Leaves on behalf of workers

Hi all,

Is there any way that a Manager submit a time off on behalf of his/her direct line worker? In case it is not possiblem, could HR submit this time off request on behalf of any workder?

Hi GusMono,

There is a role called Absence manager in D365 HR, and the absence manager can submit a time off request on behalf of an employee in the Employee self service workspace.

Here is the document about how to configure the Absence manager role:

Or you can created a workflow for leave and absence to make manager applies for leave for their employee.
