Lost Access to CRM Instance

Hello,

Suddenly lost access to the instance, not even opening any home page and directly throwing this error. Having below error all the time. Any help would be great . Thank You.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-premises.

Version - 8.2.2

    Hello,

    Since it is onpremises, you can check the event viewer on the CRM server or enable the Trace of the CRM, this way, you will have more details on what might be the issue, so you will be able to fix it.

    In addition, you can check if the CRM services on the CRM server are up and running.

    and see if it includes any helpful details.

    Else, please examine the event viewer logs of the CRM server and collect verbose traces while reproducing this issue.

    Hello ,

    Could you please try below couple of things.

    Make sure  all the services (SQL , MS Dynamics) are up and running.

    Try to clear browser cache, open in different browser and try with different user account.

    Reset IIS and App Pool of CRM Server.

    Restart SQL and CRM server once

    If it is IFD setup , Try to reset ADFS service once.

    Disable the Relying party once and enable it again , update Federation Metadata.

    Hope all above steps help you to get it up and accessible your deployment.
