Hey there,
I am wondering how I can take a variable from a Forms Pro Survey, and pass it to an external URL (when using branching). When I try to do this currently it sees the variable as text and does not take the value!
Hey, thanks for the reply!
Here is the scenario:
I have already passed a variable through Power Automate containing a 'customer_id' by creating a survey invitation, once the user goes to that survey (which is actually a 'registration form'), they fill it out and on the last question they are re-directed (using the branching feature) to a cart checkout (Woocommerce, which is obviously external to M365). Basically I'm looking to pass their 'customer_id' to this cart checkout via the URL branching feature.
Hi there!
Thanks for reaching out. Just to understand your scenario clearly - are you using the survey link URL and appending the variables directly in the URL? or using the Embed code with the survey variables?
Also, are you looking to navigate to a different survey (chained survey) with the branching on survey variables?
