Can't save interaction template NAV 2016

Dear community members,

I have a problem with interaction templates in NAV 2016.

When making an interaction everything goes well, until I have to save the document.
When saving or closing the word document it's opening the:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\Microsoft Dynamics NAV folder.

It's not possible for me to save this document.

The interaction template (word document appendix) is opening in read only mode (very strange).

I'm starting Dynamics NAV as administrator. I'm not sure if I'm local admin though.
User has super user rights in NAV.


Does anyone have an idea where I have to start looking?

Can it have something to do with active directory permissions?
Office word settings?

    Thanks you for your reply.

    When saving the template I get the following error:

    "A call to the System.IO.File.WriteAllBytes failed with the message :

    Access to the path ... is denied because it's being used by another proces"

    The location of the folder is:

    C:\Users\Richard\AppData\Local\Temp\Microsoft Dynamics

    The user has admin rights and is allowed to save/delete and write in the temp folder.

    Doen anyone maybe a have an idea where to start looking for a solution?
    It lookt like nobody is able to help me with this problem...
