Opening and Loading different jobs inside NAV for different users is different

Hi,

We have CRM NAV on-premise 2015. We are experiencing different speeding issue on following cases.

> When user changes the company everything is loading very slowly for user A and it loads very fast for user B.

> When we click on department and go to jobs, loading time of list of jobs is also different for both users ( e.g. for user A it takes more than 2 minutes to just load 10 jobs and screen also gets freeze with "Not responding" message, but for user B it takes only 10 seconds with occasionally "Not responding" message)

I have checked all indexes and mostly used quires etc, everything is looking fine.

Any idea why its happening and what can be done to prevent this?

    First, what is the difference between hardware and software configurations of user A and user B? What client do you use - native or web? Are the connecting through RDP session of local client is installed? Do they have comparable software? Do they have equal user rights? Are they located in the same network? Do they have the same login schema (e.g., both use Windows login)?
