Hi,
We have CRM NAV on-premise 2015. We are experiencing different speeding issue on following cases.
> When user changes the company everything is loading very slowly for user A and it loads very fast for user B.
> When we click on department and go to jobs, loading time of list of jobs is also different for both users ( e.g. for user A it takes more than 2 minutes to just load 10 jobs and screen also gets freeze with "Not responding" message, but for user B it takes only 10 seconds with occasionally "Not responding" message)
I have checked all indexes and mostly used quires etc, everything is looking fine.
Any idea why its happening and what can be done to prevent this?
